My brain during meditation makes me laugh…the jumble of random thoughts that pop up as I attempt to quiet my mind in my weeks old meditation practice. Come join me for a typical meditation…
I sit in my comfortable chair in the darkened room, my legs crossed, my hands at my knees. The meditation app on my phone chimes to begin ten minutes of meditation.
I breathe in for eight slow counts, out for ten, repeat. I feel myself connecting to the universe, visualizing the golden light coming down and through me.
“I wonder where we’re going to lunch today?”
