I was waiting for better news,

Waiting for perfect weather,

The perfect person,

The perfect job.

Waiting until I had the money,

Waiting until I lost weight,

Waiting until the time was right.

So much waiting,

Until I realized,

While I was waiting,

Life was happening all around me,
